If you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return your products under the following conditions.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be:

unused and undamaged,

accompanied by their original packaging and all possible accessories.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at the following address: hautepattes@gmail.com , specifying:

your order number,

the products you wish to return.
We will then send you a return form and the necessary instructions.
⚠️ Returns must be sent to the address that will be communicated to you by email after your request.
Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in order preparation.

Products must be returned by a carrier with a tracking number.
Refund
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment provided by the customer (whichever comes first).
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
👉 The initial standard delivery charge will be refunded. Additional charges related to express or specific delivery methods chosen by the customer will not be refunded.
Non-returnable products
In accordance with the law, certain products cannot be returned:

Defective or incorrect products
